Yes, renters’ insurance is required before you move in at the property. Prior move-in, we will need your renter’s insurance details. The liability coverage amount is $100,000 and Del Coronado must be listed as an additional interest.
At Del Coronado, we do a criminal background check and credit check on all applicants at the property. We have a pass or fail system through our third-party screening company that links with our property management software. There are times where we will accept conditional approval. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
Yes, you can sign a lease agreement with a guarantor if you do not meet the monthly income requirement. However, a guarantor cannot be used for an applicant that does not meet the approved credit requirements.
Once someone applies, expect 3-5 business days on the approval of the rental application.
We typically offer 12-month leases. Please inquire about availability on shorter-term leases.

The resident is responsible for electricity and internet/cable on their own. Electricity is through Ameren and your internet provider will be Spectrum. Once you sign a lease and prior move in, we will email you a move-in packet with all the specific details needed for your utilities.
At Del Coronado, all our parking is assigned. We have indoor garage spaces and surface parking available, please check with the leasing office for availability. Garage parking is $125 per month for covered spaces. Uncovered garage parking is $100 per month.

The fitness center, laundry facility, game room, bike room, conference room, and package room are open 24/7.
Yes, we allow pets, but we do have breed restrictions at Del Coronado. Our policy is two pets per unit at Del Coronado. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee $250 per pet. There is a monthly pet rent fee of $30 per pet.
We do not have a model unit at Del Coronado. We offer tours of vacant units that we currently have available. We also have virtual tours of some of our floor plans that can be requested with our leasing team.
